From One Confident Woman to a Shy One
I could use a little more lightness. Perhaps you could use a little more fire.

Dear Rona,
“Any child can blurt out the truth, without thought to the consequences. It takes great maturity to appreciate the value of silence.” – Adrian Tan
Sometimes I feel like a child with my openness. With my confidence. To me, you are a true woman. There is a calm beauty in your patience and gentle actions. Your physicality is almost ephemeral. You float. At times it seems as if this is surely more beneficial than my sporadic bursts of grounded fiery passion. As we write these letters to each other, I hope to learn from you. I could use a little more lightness. Perhaps you could use a little more fire.
About your last letter, the presence of passion seems essential, as you mentioned. I don’t think you’re wrong in pursuing other jobs while working on your writing. I believe the path to happiness has many different avenues - twists, turns, unexpected roadblocks, and shortcuts; so long as it’s fueled by honesty, who's to say which path is yours?
